PHE, s.r.l., formerly Patriot Europe, is a Patriot Italian subsidiary based in Livorno, Italy and managed in partnership with Patriot by three Italian national Master Mariners with intimate knowledge of Italian maritime law, economics and culture. PHE, s.r.l. provides Italian and international clients with full ship management services, safety training and management, international regulatory compliance consulting, and vessel inspection and charter party vessel vetting services. PHE, s.r.l. has extensive resources and contacts throughout Italy and the Mediterranean maritime community, through working with Italian and European regulatory authorities and Classification Societies on a daily basis. PHE, s.r.l. also provides operational and technical support for luxury yacht management in the Mediterranean area for U.S. and non-U.S. owners.
